I am intrigued. It looks like a cross between Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and Ultima Online. It is possibly a horrible hideout for furries and other sick, sad people. It easily has the most appealing visual style of any MMO I've seen to date, but yeah, the character classes and such - uhh. I guess it's no Second Life.

Has anybody else heard of this/tried it out?

Everything points to "this shouldn't appeal to me", but it sort of does. I can not abide sites that boom Firefox up to fill my dual monitor display though. It's like seeing a football flying towards your face when you're walking through the park.

(Yes, posting this made me aware I could disable Javascript from doing that, and now have.)

"You can learn that oats cause abdominal winds, that magical testicles can be covered in a soft down, that tofu has feathers, that the coast of Amakna is called Asse's Coast, that sunflowers have smelly feet… there's a giggle in almost every corner. I secretly wish the "translation issues" in the text aren't fixed, it makes it all so much more amusing.

False Quaquacks, Still Ball Potions, Fecalizers, magical testicles, the strange Kicked Ass Order of shoemakers and an NPC that calls you an **** right to your face will be waiting for you in Dofus. No, I'm not kidding. Yes, I still laugh myself stupid every time I think about it."

this sounded rather interesting, so i opened the link, but then i saw "Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game" in the title bar and closed the window before it even finished loading.

I saw the phrases "magical testicles" and "furries" and instantly thought of Anabukin-chan: The Game.
