Okay im in the library! Very nerdy and skittish group, myself included. One dude is dressed as a ghostbuster.

Seven secrets of tonight's game forthcoming. We're encouraged to take notes, i'll just use ilx as a notepad.

1oo secret artifacts to be found "hidden in the library"
In small squads, the phone app provides clues and maps to find qr codes to connect with "people who altered history"
Qr "opens portal to absorb power of artifact"

2. Ten powers to " change the world".
"feel the power of the artifact". I think u have to stand in front of the thing for awhile.
3 "secret of the stories". Powers unlock story options to write about, i.e. You have to find things to access the Ability to write about it

4. "secret of teams". Patience and fortitude are in competition. Artificially induced that we can use to spur forward
They've got team patience and fortitude coaches to help balance
5. "collaboration" to write the book. First person to find an artifact can sign off to find, they want everybody to note what they're doing so theres some order. Theyre gonna bind it in leather as we go. 600 page max and we gotta keep track. 300 pages for each team to go in the book. Theres a book editor here to work on cleaning up.

Just found out my friend is working at this tonight. Worlds collide...

6"clock". Theres some time sensitive stuff. Certain rooms close early. Childrens room, map go early... The secret of staffing really. And we need too get stuff knocked out quickly and effectively. Five am is the finished book creation, we sign it and then get photographed withit. Then it goes into the permanentcollection. She jokes about armageddon, etc
7. "stacks". Theyre opening the fucking stacks! Fifteen minute tours between nine and midnight. Im fucking psyched about this.
There are stacks missions "its a portal to the future with 500 messages hidden" Its a fortune cookie. But you're supposed to give it to someone else in the group. Kinda neat, presumably personalized. Stressing the connect with each person. Sounds fun!
Theres also puzzle clues abou " a secret code phrase that marks us as members of the first 500". Its a secret handshake that will be revealed.
Stack tours in ten minutes get started. There's gonna be a stampede.
