tbrr Bruno's is better than Rocco's, but you're right, Rocco's is like the most rah rah Fighting Irish place there is. I can't remember, is that the place that plays the fight song, with a "light show", every 10 minutes or so?

Rocco's is pretty understated in its rah rahness, i think. just pictures of regis on the wall, etc. we went there for late night pizza during high school, and the current owners (former employee) are very nice. I am not a Bruno's fan. I am typically all about Barnaby's, but I don't really consider Barnaby's to be pizza. It is Barnaby's.

yes but SO MUCH CHEESE. and the sausage too. stuff of dreams. tbrr I have eaten a bruno's that size all by myself on at least one occasion. maybe over two days, though. I don't get to the big sb very often anymore but bruno's is basically my main goal when I am there.

It's interesting that Wichita State and Gonzaga are the only small schools remaining. Usually you have some left-field teams but this year the upsets were by traditional powers like UCLA and Michigan State. Interesting year.

they are about 1.5 hours outside of chicago. plenty of good food in chicago, though!

I like tomatoes, bread, and cheese in pretty much any ratio or format.

we ordered domino's with friends during the Saturday games, and my wife secretly got 'extra sauce' on the pizzas. she had apparently done that before without anyone noticing, and everyone liked the results. but we were all 'wtf is up with the sauce to cheese ratio today'. I am slowly learning to trust again.

I lived next to a Superfund site for a while in SB and we grew the most amazing basil, maybe that's the SB pizza secret
