to be fair my orlando magic theory post predated the ibaka trade, i dont rlly care about them now

i do like fournier/hezonja/gordon still tho

horford cleans up so many things on offense and defense, it's truly wonderful

he's so good

i liked the magic a bit this year. the moves they made were suspect in the longterm but i liked the ibaka trade, and vogel is a good coach. but...

i admire scal for abandoning a promising coaching career to become a broadcaster, good lazy move

he was publicly fired from his only coaching gig and took a backup role to an 82-year old tommy heinsohn

golden state management tried to retain him / blocked jackson from firing him / everyone said very nice things abt him / other teams tried to hire him

hes a really good analyst too btw, his voice sounds dum as hell tho tbf

scal will be a great successor to tommy, love scal

yeah i had to switch off the portland stream last night because the color guy was spewing platitudes and making me angry

i liked the hornets folks based on like 5 games i watched towards the end of last yr

hahaha i blame my celtics obsessed gf who watches every pregame

i also don't know if he would be good or bad. my point was that it seemed unlikely that he has a lot of opportunities.

most of that scal stuff has been p wildly reported and gs not letting jackson fire him did happen and ppl def do say nice things abt him, idk it all seems p realistic to me

he def has a better grasp on the game than almost every player/commentator or at least a better ability to express it either way good coaching qualities, like i said he does sound dumb but if u listen to what he says
