The Raptors have lost by 15 or more points seven times this year. Four of those losses have come to the Celtics.— (((Eric Koreen))) (@ekoreen) September 8, 2020

Millsap STINKS
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 01:53 (three years ago) link
If he gets the ball on offense, a bad thing is probably happening and him getting back on defense is definitely not happening
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 01:54 (three years ago) link
he looks like the kind of vet who shouldn’t be playing in the playoffs anymore
― J0rdan S., Tuesday, 8 September 2020 02:21 (three years ago) link
He was still good before the bubble but WOOF
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 02:27 (three years ago) link
Literally the entirety of Michael Porter jr’s basketball IQ is rebounding
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:10 (three years ago) link
What the hell happened to montrezl in the bubble?
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:24 (three years ago) link
as is often the case i don't know exactly what you mean but it's pretty clear that he's been playing himself into shape
― call all destroyer, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:28 (three years ago) link
lol we are having absurd weather stuff here in the northwest (fire, smoke, extreme winds) and the power for my building went down just as this one was coming to the crux :/ :/
― Clay, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:35 (three years ago) link
Jamal just didn’t have it tonight
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:36 (three years ago) link
murray and jokic were scared to jump shoot at the end of the game
― J0rdan S., Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:37 (three years ago) link
porter jr is a pretty legit rebounder
Murray 5/17 just isn’t gonna cut it
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:39 (three years ago) link
I understand why he won’t do it because it is insanely frustrating on almost every level, but Malone just needs to bench Millsap and play porter
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:42 (three years ago) link
a vet like millsap would understand, you'd think
― methinks dababy doth bop shit too much (m bison), Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:44 (three years ago) link
pretty much everyone on the clippers is like 28 or older and very physically mature i get why malone would temper porter mins with millsap. nuggs could use an olynyk type player at the back up big position who can fake it at center but not clog up their spacing on offense. millsap and plumlee aren’t bringing anything in this series except muscles
― J0rdan S., Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:47 (three years ago) link
Lol no Plumlee has been great
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:47 (three years ago) link
In fact it might be worth trying twin towers lineups a little, Millsap has been that bad
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:48 (three years ago) link
plumlee has totaled 8 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 10 fouls in 34 minutes. nice per 36 stats if the NBA doubles the individual foul limit.
― J0rdan S., Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:52 (three years ago) link
it's the notes he's NOT playing
― methinks dababy doth bop shit too much (m bison), Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:53 (three years ago) link
Jord 8,9 and 7 in 34 minutes is indeed good
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:54 (three years ago) link
Especially when you’re playing good defense, which he has been doing. Since he’s a good defender. Something you can see in this series if you watch it
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 03:55 (three years ago) link
If you watched the game tonight and didn’t see that plumlee had a nice game idk what to say
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 04:00 (three years ago) link
― J0rdan S., Tuesday, 8 September 2020 04:18 (three years ago) link
he’s a decent player i’m not trying to trash him but if you’re a big in the NBA who can’t shoot you need to be high impact everywhere else to really be useful in major playoff series. the nuggets could really use jamychal greene honestly.
― J0rdan S., Tuesday, 8 September 2020 04:22 (three years ago) link
Sometimes committing a foul is the right play
― Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 04:22 (three years ago) link
only if it's called on a swipe block matt
― Lavator Shemmelpennick, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 05:05 (three years ago) link
haven't the plumlees caused enough division and hate in this world????
― methinks dababy doth bop shit too much (m bison), Tuesday, 8 September 2020 05:44 (three years ago) link
Murray just needed to play ok and they win that game. He’s overthinking his moves which is understandable since he has either pat Bev kawhi or pg guarding him all of which guard him completely differently and effectively. Millsap has a nice game 2 but Malone needs to be ready to pull the plug quick if it’s evident he’s off for the night. Hardest thing to do as a coach is yank the ol trusty vet who’s cooked but could still have it every few games.
― Spottie, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 05:57 (three years ago) link
I still think about when miles Plumlee had that one season where he looked legit with the suns.
― Spottie, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 05:58 (three years ago) link
A great sign for the nuggets both in this series and long term is that Gary Harris seems to have fixed his jumper

one area where i am grateful 2 b fatter than ive ever been is i feel reasonably confident that kawhi will never be able to snap me in half with his hands

Did we discuss the middle finger block? Because wtf.

That and the porter dunk were a couple O__o moments from last night.

Lol as soon as Milwaukee got up by 13 I was like “they’re gonna lose by 20”
― frogbs, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 23:39 (three years ago) link
Man you would never guess they’re playing an elimination game right now
― frogbs, Tuesday, 8 September 2020 23:43 (three years ago) link
Wtf is with these 5-6 minute stretches where the Bucks act like the ball has been replaced with one of those fake squirrel cat toys
― frogbs, Wednesday, 9 September 2020 00:41 (three years ago) link
herro has been the best player in this game

dawning on bron he needs to go super nova every night
― lag∞n, Wednesday, 9 September 2020 02:21 (three years ago) link
he has his game 6/7 shooting going tonight
― J0rdan S., Wednesday, 9 September 2020 02:23 (three years ago) link
it is good that as we have gone deeper into the bubble and offs the scores have settled down and it hasn't remained just pure like 150-145 nonsense
― Clay, Wednesday, 9 September 2020 02:24 (three years ago) link
my basic prediction for the rest of this series is that regardless of other factors, we can expect bron to get better and harden to get worse
― call all destroyer, Wednesday, 9 September 2020 02:24 (three years ago) link
feels like the lakers should be losing by more, westbrook and harden are playing well, they’ve turned it over a lot while scoring 0 points off turnovers
but then again, lebron
