is it true that
the fridge eats three refrigerators full of food every day?
that's what my elementary school said.

Is it true that the Jets really wanted to draft Warren Sapp, & Tagliabue stuck them w/ Kyle Brady because he wanted Tampa Bay to win a Super Bowl?
(It is true that I am funny like Jagger.)

His wild-eyed appearance was due to a childhood accident when a Fork was stuck in his left eye, leaving him legally blind in that eye. Wore contact lenses while playing. (- imdb.com)
Chicago Bears quarterback Jim McMahon is not a cartoon character. He's just a spontaneous guy. The ever-present sunglasses hide a right eye that can't adjust to light. He stuck a fork in it when he was six. (-Playboy.com)
He is also known for his trademark sunglasses. McMahon wears them for medical reasons; in a childhood accident, a fork was stuck in one eye. While his vision was saved, the accident left that eye overly sensitive to light. (-allamericanspeakers.com)
I don't know if he was really tying his shoes or not, but I do know that seeing this photograph has convinced me that it's time to go to bed.

There was some classic interview with McMahon at the Senior Bowl where some guy asked him what his fondest memory of playing football at BYU was and Jimmy Mac answered "Leaving".
