for the pick 'em one, do you need to get every single pick right each week to advance, or just like the lion's share? (never done one of these before)

For pick'em, you pick who you think the winner of the game will be and, in addition, you assign a confidence number to that pick. ex: if you're more certain San Diego is going to beat Detroit than you are of any other match, you assign that pick the highest number of points.

You don't have to get all the picks right to advance. That almost never happens. But the confidence points add up and whoever has the most points at the end of the week wins the week. It's equal parts strategy and guesswork. You may have 12 correct picks, but depending on how you assigned your points, someone else with 10 correct picks may have more points because he/she assigned the points differently.

Really sorry I didn't even start these until opening day of the season. afaik people can still get in on Survival until kickoff of the 1pm games on Sunday and in on Pick'em by that time as well.

If people who want to play miss out this week and can't get into the leagues for week 2, I'll scrap and start over.
