I am thinking about switching to platform pedals after a buncha ppl telling me how great they are for city riding, and am thinkin abt power grips or something of the like to use. Those nylon strap things seem to be popular; anyone have anything to say abt these vs. toe clips? I don't want scuffed shoes anymore!

yeah those strap things seem like a good idea - i took the clips off my runabout because they were fukkn with my shoes too much.
