I have dreamt of him for ten years

I am 31 years young and my high school sweet heart still consums my dreams. I talk to him once a month or so, and we both grew to have other relationships along with family's, neither married though. He lives in AZ and I in GA, talk of visiting one another frequently. I haven't seen him sine I was 20, my dreams are not all sexual but some are, considering neither of us have found true love since do you think the dreams could mean anything?????????
