What about when I post "RE-FU-GEEEES"?

I get a cross between Optimus Prime and Warran G.

I assume Jesse shaved his nose hairs.

Casuistry (Chris P), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 18:55 (seventeen years ago) link

I did indeed. Now my nose smells like balls.

are you savoring the heady aroma of your own manmusk?

Juulia (julesbdules), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 18:59 (seventeen years ago) link

I think it's time you told us about your flaming pussy.

Oh what they hell, anybody can play.

Juulia (julesbdules), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 19:04 (seventeen years ago) link

Juulia (julesbdules), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 19:04 (seventeen years ago) link

Men smell their socks and underwear. I have seen it happen in a lot of cases. I do not smell my socks. I have been known to smell my underwear. This is normal and common.

The Pig on the Stairs (hanging in a groovy purple shirt) (unclejessjess), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 19:10 (seventeen years ago) link

My puss is not on fire.

The Pig on the Stairs (hanging in a groovy purple shirt) (unclejessjess), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 19:10 (seventeen years ago) link

riiiiiiight. you just keep telling yourself that.

otto midnight (otto midnight), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 19:11 (seventeen years ago) link

i've been wondering if other people would be chiming in on this particular point.

Juulia (julesbdules), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 19:11 (seventeen years ago) link

??

Eazy (Eazy), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 19:12 (seventeen years ago) link

Yeah, I don't.

jaymc (jaymc), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 19:12 (seventeen years ago) link

[mental note: under no circumstances accept an eskimo kiss from jesse.]

otto midnight (otto midnight), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 19:13 (seventeen years ago) link

I only smell other people's underwear. This is normal and common.

You down with OPU?

Eazy (Eazy), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 19:15 (seventeen years ago) link

I smell my underwear and socks if there is some doubt as to its cleanliness and (re)wearability.

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 19:15 (seventeen years ago) link

I smell stray socks to determine whether they are in need of washing or if they are in fact clean and just separated from their partner. I have a hell of a time keeping my socks together.

daniel striped tiger (OutDatWay), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 19:21 (seventeen years ago) link

My brother, and 2 of my exes did it and told me it was normal. They did it as sort of a compulsion or habit.

I do it if I'm curious about the state of the nether republic.

Balls killed this thread.

always crashing in other people's cars (kenan), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:01 (seventeen years ago) link

Balls will revive it.

Casuistry (Chris P), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:02 (seventeen years ago) link

No, it was underwear that killed the thread. Ball-talk was afire.

The Pig on the Stairs (hanging in a groovy purple shirt) (unclejessjess), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:09 (seventeen years ago) link

Balls killed the thread for me. Too much danger of an attorney wandering in to see what I'm up to.

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:22 (seventeen years ago) link

Sweet italian sausage in marinara sauce with grated provolone cheese, loaf of French bread, bottle of red.

always crashing in other people's cars (kenan), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:25 (seventeen years ago) link

Ohhh. Goat curry sounds kind of good.

The Pig on the Stairs (hanging in a groovy purple shirt) (unclejessjess), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:26 (seventeen years ago) link

Maddie made it the other night, after we found out that the dollar store on the corner has a back room with halal meats and assorted Indian food products.

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:26 (seventeen years ago) link

Chicken breasts stuffed with goat cheese, spinach, and chives; wild rice; bottle of white.

always crashing in other people's cars (kenan), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:29 (seventeen years ago) link

Jello salad with grapes, mandarin orange slices, and whipped cream; fish sticks; glass of Ovaltine.

jaymc (jaymc), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:33 (seventeen years ago) link

I think for dinner tonight I'm going to have my standby of noodles (probably ramen but maybe other) with poached eggs, unless the roommates are doing something better.

I wish I could find the boulliony seasoning that goes in ramen noodles seperate from the packaged noodles.

The Pig on the Stairs (hanging in a groovy purple shirt) (unclejessjess), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:33 (seventeen years ago) link

Pork chops in a mango-jalapeno sauce, also with wild rice, side of green beans.

haha Jaymc keepin it real. Crackers REPRASENT!

always crashing in other people's cars (kenan), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:33 (seventeen years ago) link

I am making steak & provolone sandwiches with some caramelized onions and hot mustard tonight, and I will consume it with Beck's Octoberfest beer that I accidentally bought. (I thought it was Beck's Dark because of the packaging.)

daniel striped tiger (OutDatWay), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:34 (seventeen years ago) link

I've never successfully poached an egg (but I've only tried once or twice).

Chicken breasts stuffed with goat cheese, spinach, and chives

Or chicken breasts stuffed with goat cheese and cranberries, mmm.

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:35 (seventeen years ago) link

That sounds great, Dan.

One horrible tendency that I'm going to have to face up to is that when I'm alone for dinner, I make zero effort to cook. I'm as likely to have cheese and crackers or scrambled eggs as anything. My resolution is to have a little more self-respect and learn to make some new dishes when the pressure is low.

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:37 (seventeen years ago) link

They're sort of poached eggs. I boil the noodles till they're almost done, turn the fire off and put my raw eggs in the water, wait 4 minutes, drain it and they're yummy.

The Pig on the Stairs (hanging in a groovy purple shirt) (unclejessjess), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 20:57 (seventeen years ago) link

Oh, nice.

That reminds me, I need to make spaghetti carbonara again soon.

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 21:03 (seventeen years ago) link

when I'm alone for dinner, I make zero effort to cook.

Yeah, me too. This is most days out of the week, though.

jaymc (jaymc), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 21:18 (seventeen years ago) link

I tend to put some effort into things, with my semi-homemade meals.

This reminds me, I have some chicken at home that's sitting in brine. If it's not raining I'm going to grill it.

The Pig on the Stairs (hanging in a groovy purple shirt) (unclejessjess), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 21:21 (seventeen years ago) link

Man, I've been nice to Matth3w P3rp3tua for two years and he still hasn't posted a C4n4st4 song. Meanwhile Cutty, who snipes at him on ILM and Noize Board all the time, gets his band's song posted. We must really suck, huh?

jaymc (jaymc), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 21:23 (seventeen years ago) link

Maybe you should buy him a pizza. A big pizza.

daniel striped tiger (OutDatWay), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 21:28 (seventeen years ago) link

I'm hungry.

jaymc (jaymc), Wednesday, 13 September 2006 21:29 (seventeen years ago) link

I picked up a fat block of muenster on the way home with an eye towards putting it on some (veggie?) burgers tonight. However, my newfound willpower was NO MATCH for the power of cheese. I got out the triscuits and punished that shit as soon as I got home.
