C/D? Bleached hair on Asians

People who don't have really pale skin look really odd when they dye their hair orangey blond and it is gross (ooh or when they highlight their hair and tan until their hair and skin are the SAME COLOR, very creepy). Other colors (red, blue, etc.) are very lovely, though (even without the spikes).
