They seem to have gotten a whole truckload of Lady Adisas stuff marked down to $12-$14 at the Filene's Basement in the low 20s on Sixth Avenue.
I checked out the hot pink Islandia jacket at UO -- it is nice.
I'm all into the old-school/retro baseball logos terry strechy headband now. Mine is red white & blue 1970s White Sox, very Richie "The Baumer" Tennenbaum. I think it is from Modell's.

there is a danny clowes comic about Chicago (wrt: the "belushi-fication" of) that in one of the panels I think I remember has a guy sitting at a bar wearing that same exact headband.

On a related note, I can state that Carnaby St. has remade itself into ground zero for girly sport style/UK edition -- Ben Sherman, Lonsdale, Merc, and lots of other retro trad stylers that there wasn't enough time to investigate.
