Except that there never were vikings in Finland. (Nor are we a part of Scandinavia.) But I'm fine with those wacky ideas.

I know Finland isn't Scandinavian technically, but I think it is in a lot of American minds, and Wikipedia backs me up here. The reasoning = cold+umlauts+blondes = Scandinavia?
