Seriously, I can't be the only person who thinks that a tablet pc = the perfect amateur digital animation studio. Sure its a niche userbase but it wouldn't be hard to cater to. I mean, doesn't apple like to be the leader in using computers for creativity?

seriously? i'm sure i'm not the only person who thinks this thing is an ideal tool for professional astronomy, but i didn't expect to see it mentioned in the keynote.

so, i'm in a hotel room. i've got my iphone, and i've got wifi. the phone basically becomes JUST a phone, to answer and receive calls, and send text messages. i don't need an iphone anymore, i can finally go back to verizon.

Oh surely not. Basically, though, what I'm saying is that I don't think either of our niche dreams of how we could use a tablet are going to be possible with the iPad because it doesn't have a real OS on it (as far as I know from what I've heard so far).
