it's interesting that Warners is doing the retail mixtape thing, though, and actually turning it out in a timely fashion (compared to, like, releasing half of Drake's mixtape as an EP 7 months later or whatever). i wonder if they'd be doing it if he wasn't in jail or if it's a new strategy they're really invested in.

ya to me this seems to say more about gucci's commercial potential than state vs. radric debuting at 10. i mean it has no singles and anyone whos been following gucci for a minute knows what it is and it still sold more copies than any rap album except battle of the sexes 2
