Characters, who in my mind, totally nailed ways of being / personalities in really interesting or innovative ways. A lot of their other choices seem really bland to me.

Also don't know how they missed Charlie Day.

The most criminally omitted characters on the EW list are Hank and Artie from Larry Sanders. Two of the best characters of the 20th Century, forget the last 20 years.

Also, Kramer was the worst character on Seinfeld.
