Not all messages are displayed: show all messages (200 of them)

say i'm in the same folder as the index and i want to link to a part of the page. then is it just index.html#docs, for example? thanks IN ADVANCE.

only if you specify an anchor named docs. so:

(open tag)a name=docs(close tag)

will make that link work
