man Time Out Of Mind sounds so good tonight; hot as fuck (qua northern Europe so no a/c), twelve minutes into "Highlands": it's zing after zing and the zing's mostly on him (the "I'd trade places with any of them" line e.g.) and I can just imagine the band going, "haha it's one of these" (thinking of "New Danville Girl", "Sad Eyed Lady of the Lowlands", you get the deal): would like to listen really closely and see if I can pick out little details, the way that if you sit in the hot air with the insects buzzing you eventually single out slight modulations.
