Veronica was given some new sunglasses by her childminder last week as a leaving present (she's now back fulltime with mum now that she's on maternity leave) and *refuses* to take them off, even in the bath and when she goes to bed. We have to creep in to her room once she's dropped off to remove them. Probably specs-envy because both parents are specky four-eyeses. She'll doubtless need her own prescription pair soon enough :(.
