I always have milk for tea/coffee/cooking/drinking purposes. Can live without it in tea, but not in coffee, and what about with brownies?? A must-have. :)

I guess you mean you have soymilk at home or no milk, John?

Yeah, soy milk. I only ever use milk for cereal (where I have to actually taste it), so it doesn't make sense to have regular milk around, too.

I figured out why when you post to this thread it says that emails have been sent....

WHY? Don't keep us in suspense, bucko.

Hint: my dead email address has 1500 emails from ILX. I don't recall subscribing though.

I liked mac & cheese growing up but my mom also used to make tuna casserole, which was basically mac & cheese with tuna fish in it, and to me that is like the worst food in the world. I think I would rather eat human flesh than tuna casserole. Seriously. It was one of those foods where my parents wouldn't let me leave the table until I ate it so I would sit there in the dark by myself refusing to eat my cold tuna fish casserole.

I don't want to be self-serving, but I'm thinking about creating a new thread, partially for this reason.

My mom used to make tuna casserole too, but it was bad ass: penne, some kind of white cheesy sauce, bread crumbs on top, lots of onions and celery... Mmmmm.
