If it's not Sweden, it's Russia. I think the font on the left looks Cyrillic, even.It must be a big city because of all the well-trodden snow and six story building.It must be a very cold city because the snow's been there a long time.Is it Novosibirsk? St. Petersburg?

i'd like to see hokkaido, it's probably a bit of a backwater but it's the home of japanese whisky and it looks really gorgeous and snowy in hou hsaio hsien's 'millenium mambo'
