I don't know, it isn't that bad. It seems very w3c, and it doesn't have any animated gifts or scrolling / blinking text. Plus, the information is moderately well organized. The site contains zero bullshit and zero window dressing.

Well, I wasn't referring to the design so much as the content. I guess the joke doesn't make sense if you don't know who Jacob Neilsen is and haven't had to work with insufferable fuckers who take his word as gospel.
