I mean for fucks sake, all of the previous Resident Evil titles kept similar game play mechanics but still moved in a different direction. Look at Resident Evil 2 and 3. Why don't you try using C++, creating the game world, updating the game loop, creating classes for the enemies, weapons, etc, calculating the physics of what it takes to move the character, putting in collision detection, including AI behaviors such as cohesion, flocking, path finding, a finite state machine, and whole bunch of other shit that I can't even mention because I don't fucking know everything about what they put in there but I damn well know those are the basics. Then again, I probably just wasted some more energy in my fingers telling you guys that because once again, 99 percent of you probably went "what the hell does any of that mean?" Point being, I hate all of you. Especially the commentators on this page. All of you are the reason why the series has started to suck, if it even has started to do so in the first place.
