Stuck in development hell : which game will come out first?

I think The Last Guardian has a good chance to come out next year.

HL Episode 3 -- I don't know if they're even pretending it's being made any more. But then again, I would have said the same about Team Fortress 2.

Versus XIII -- a true DNF successor

BG&E2 -- will probably get canned again

I understand that Valve are putting the release date for Ep 3 back a day every time someone asks about it.

just been reading that Last Guardian & Versus are not going to be shown at E3.
so at least another year in the oven for those two :/

Versus XIII has been renamed FFXV so should be out at some point, but as for the rest ...

4 and a half years later we have a winner with FF Versus XIII aka FFXV beating Last Guardian by a whole week.
