i like this one. because i'm always too embarrassed to buy sudafed and i make maria do it because i KNOW they are gonna think i'm a meth freak. and i miss buying it because i love that meth stuff that comes in sudafed when i'm sick. i only wish i had stocked up on huge bottles of xenadrine before the crackdown. they sold that stuff by the ton at vitamin stores. i didn't know!

those who make the loudest appeals to logic are always the most illogical --jesus christ

i know a few libertarians who are upper middle class. but again, that prob says more about the circles i move in than a hard-and-fast rule about the socioeconomic status of libertarians.

but i can get why some poors fancy themselves libertarians -- they're sort of the same species as the low-level grunts who idolize Ayn Rand and fancy themselves (future) John Galts.

one thing we can definitively say re libertarian demographics is they are all white guys

and they're self-aware enough that coming right out & declaring themselves Republicans (which is what they REALLY are) is a bit declassé.

tbf my libertarian facebook guy has some p left social views thrown in there for good measure totally pro lgbt rights anti war etc

I shared this on ilx somewhere but my libertarian fb guy was teaching english in korea, broke his leg, got it fixed by their universal health care, wrote a long fb post about how angry he was that the doctor didn't speak better english, and how even tho he woulda been uninsured in america, the health care he woulda received woulda been better
