Yeah there is almost literally no one in my large friends group on FB who would not agree with the shit they post but they all still feel the need to fucking post "clever" science memes/feminism memes/george takei lulz. I need to write a damn greasemonkey script or something, it is getting out of control.

There was a month or so when it seemed like all my friends were liking images on some page called Being Liberal - it drives me nuts that I can't hide the 'liked some bullshit on someone's page' stuff.

And it's not that I disagreed so much as it was just smug and annoying and unnecessary

i thought maybe you could go to the home page of these viral macros and block them individually - it would be time-consuming but good for the fb friends who post tons of shit from a few of the same places - but there is no block option on them!
