Poundland had some a while back, but they were a bugger to put up because they were all badly tangled up inside the packs!

Why don't you make your own? You could buy some groovy beads off ebay or somefink.

Op shops = Charity shops (x-post)

You can try: Nifty-Gifty type shops for ones in metallics, pinks, baby blues or made of flowers etc.
Asian grocery and bits of faff shops - you're in London aren't you? Try some of the places on Brick Lane.
Pound shops of all spots and stripes.
