The Disney Channel has banned three episodes from ever being aired on their network. These episodes include "If You Can't Be With the One You Love" (after losing Topanga, Cory resorts to drinking to solve his problems and Shawn becomes an alcoholic), "PROMises, PROMises" (Cory and Topanga want to have sex after the prom but don't), and "The Truth About Honesty" (an honesty game causes trouble at Rachel and Jack's dinner party).

I burned myself out on Thin Mints and Samoas 2 years ago, finishing 2 boxes of each within a week period. Now I have imprinted on my tongue EXACTLY how they tase, and thus have no need to go cookie chugging ever ever again.

Side note: Who the hell would name their daughter Topanga? I mean, did these fictional parents conceive her in a canyon during a camping trip or something? WTF.

trefoils, on the other hand, actually seem to be slightly improved

tagalongs tasted basically the same to me, but I've never been as big into them as samoas so I could be missing some subtle difference

i hate them right now. i lead a local troop, and sold some to strangers at school through the student forums to help said troop break into the college market. i just got them sunday, and since spring break is at the end of the week i have to get them all delivered by tomorrow. if i don't, i have to pony up the money myself and track people down after break. people are of course sooooooo busy they can't get their damn cookies. argh!

All the Boy Meets World shit on this thread is killing me! That fucking show. Anyway – I got a box of Samoas for the first time in 12 years and they do not live up to my memory. ;_; I can no longer trust nostalgia. This recipe for fakey Samoas probably tastes better, but OTOH, est. make time is "3 hrs 15 mins."

i think MA is a separate distribution network for these since samoas and tagalongs are only labeled by the more generic names here (caramel delites/peanut butter patties) and i've never seen savannah smiles under any name
