the smoking cessation study i participated in back in december was actually a study on the effect of a "positive psychology" counseling model on quitting success, so i'm familiar with a lot of those 12 happiness things because we went over them in session & i had daily exercises to perform related to them. so, yeah, it's wicked mad corny but idk i haven't had a cigarette in about 3 months partly because of that corny stuff sooooo
