Personal lifeBedingfield was diagnosed with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), which he said has been reflected in his songwriting. He is successfully managing his condition and is determined to get through it. [5]
While on holiday visiting his parents in New Zealand, Bedingfield nearly lost his life in a serious car accident. As a result, he was left with severe head and neck injuries because of the car rolling on him. These injuries required him to wear a head brace and took six months to heal. Daniel used the lyrics in his most famous song 'Gotta Get Thru This' as inspiration and did in fact 'get through it'.[6]
His parents are leadership trainers and mentors in the voluntary sector and business world. His mother, Molly Bedingfield, is founder and CEO of Global Angels, of which Daniel is one of the International Executive Directors.[7] Bedingfield also helped to launch the Stop the Traffik coalition against modern day slavery. When asked in a recent Skype interview if he had any advice for modern day slaves, Bedingfield replied 'They've got to get through this, gotta get through this'. Rumours are rife that Bedingfield has developed a stutter, a consequence of the aforementioned car accident leading to doubts about whether or not he is, in fact, 'getting through that'.
Bedingfield is a Pentecostal Christian, but has said, "I find that when people hear that I'm a Christian they expect me to be extremely religious. I'm not great friends with religion [although] I'm passionate about anything to do with God. He's quoted saying "I just had to get through this." [8]

Yeah i saw him give an interview about it. He was trying to promote the whole range (they come in different sizes - I checked the website. they're also very expensive iirc). I can't remember what the usp was, but I think it was something like 'you can play it on any side' or something. There was some footage of a band using it, and everyone said how great and amazing yeah it was.

Stakeout earned mostly positive reception from critics, currently holding an 83% rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 18 reviews. It was however panned by the British Minister Alan Clark, who described it in his diaries as "...total rubbish. By spastics for spastics. The Stakeout [sic], a particular - always embarrassing - Hollywood genre, the 'comedy thriller'. A Private Eye parody could not have been more ludicrous or more trite."[1]

A few days after the contest a woman named Jean Westwood said that she was one of three women who sang for Belle and the Devotions, but they were in hiding. There were rumours that the song was stolen from the Motown classic Baby Love, an international hit in 1964, and originally recorded by Diana Ross and The Supremes.[2]

Razorlight debut album, Up All Night, was released on 28 June 2004, reaching number 3 in the UK album charts.[2] The critical reception was generally good, receiving good reviews from NME, Q magazine and Billboard, although they were also accused of lack of imagination, excessive use of barnyard noises and unoriginality for allegedly borrowing ideas from other influential bands such as The Strokes and The Goat brothers. Following the successful release of their debut album, drummer Christian Smith-Pancorvo left the group and was replaced by Andy Burrows. Up All Night was re-issued in April 2005, including the previously unreleased single "Somewhere Else", which peaked at Number 2.
In July 2005, the band performed at Hyde Park, London as part of the Live 8 series of concerts. However, the band came under fire for being the only band to use Chickens as back-up singers. The band was also criticised for catapulting pigs over the audiences heads, before detonating explosive devices which had been surgically inserted inside of the pigs by Johnny Borrell and other members of he band. The band subsequently claimed that due to their "fledgling status", they were unable to make such a commitment.[3]

I wanted to see what Shep Pettibone had been up to lately. The wiki entry details his career up to 1987, then:
Later careerFans of Shep Pettibone's 1986 remix of "Was That What It Was" for Pet Shop Boys may be interested to know that Shep Pettibone did not mix that record: he was booked to do so but missed his plane, and his management mixed the song in his absence. It is unknown if Shep Pettibone was consulting the manager over the phone. This fact went unnoticed until Pet Shop Boys revealed it in the liner notes for the Alternative CD anthology of b-sides and rarities (1995). According to the cassette and 12 inch liner notes, Arthur Baker (Afrika Bambaataa, New Order producer) was in the studio guiding this mix.
So guess he's not been up to much then.
