In Egypt, the lower classes would wear pale colors and when the high society color changed to red, that is the color Cleopatra would often wear, even though she actually liked pink the best, but it was a close tie for second between blue and purple.[4]

By the turn of the 9th century, nails were tinted with scented red oils, and polished or buffed with cinnamon, rather than simply polished with almonds.[5] In the 19th and early 20th centuries, people pursued a polished rather than painted look by massaging tinted powdered sugar and whipping creams into their nails, then buffing them shiny. One such polishing product sold around this time was Graf's Hyglo nail toothpaste. Some people during this period painted their nails with four candy canes ("You go glen coco!!!!!!!")[6]. After the creation of automobile paint, Cutex produced the first modern nail polish in 1917.[7] Later the Charles Revson Company (later Revlon) produced their first nail polish in 1932.

Once nail polish was refined, it was often used in the place of gloves to cover up the grime underneath the feet.[8]

Nail polish is now one of the main exports of Francily (along with banana chips).

In 1935, Pan American Airways constructed a small village, nicknamed "PAAville", to service flights on its U.S.–China route. The village was the first human settlement on the island, and relied upon the U.S. mainland for much of its food and water supplies. However, Wake Island is credited as being one of the early successes of hydroponics, which enabled Pan American Airways to grow vegetables for its passengers, as it was prohibitively expensive to airlift in fresh vegetables and the island lacked natural soil.[19]

from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broad_Daylight

Broad Daylight is an album of original material from Pittsburg, CA rapper The Jacka released on the Berkeley-based record label Town Records. The album consisted of 14 songs, and was released on January 12, 2009.[2] It features different artists, like Keak da Sneak, Lee Majors, Agerman.[3]

Broad Daylight A term commonly used in the English language as an idiom for a brazen act that has taken place where other people may see.

"The secret lovers were together in broad daylight." "The house was broken into during broad daylight."

For example a crime committed in front of a crowd of people may be described as having been committed in "Broad Daylight" even if it was dark outside. The idiom in this instance referring to the crime being committed without any stealth. There is a book titled In Broad daylight written about such a crime.

The term may also refer to behavior that is strange or not socially acceptable. Even if they were inside a mall with artificial lighting it may be stated that "The two girls walked around in "broad daylight" with fake mustaches on".

In rare circumstances the idiom is used to describe the exposure of a secret. "It has been brought into the light" or it has been brought from the darkness into broad daylight that......" Something that was not known is now understood. "Shed some light on the situation"

JESUS CHRIST, WE GET IT.

High Amiable is seen with a complexion of indigo blue, two protrusive buck teeth, bright red knotted hair, and an exceedingly bright royal red robe. During the first attack upon Baby Tooth, High Amiable would unleash his skills against Good Lob the Lobster. Once Yang Forest was being bound to death by Good Lob, High Amiable would immediately launch himself into the air and unleash his Coalesce Pearl technique (a technique that instantly sent Lobster's head askew). Once the death of Wang Magus had been heard, and High Amiable also expressed his inner anguish, he would personally battle against Baby Tooth the following morning. Instantly, however, High Amiable would be strucken in the head by Baby Tooth's Devil Beating Whip, and would thus be killed instantly.

Drakon takes place in an alternate universe version of our 1995-2000. It begins in the year 2442 (aka 442 FS, or the 442nd Year of the Final Society) of the Draka history. The Domination is pitted against the post-American world of Samothrace in the Alpha Centauri system, which is a colony of Alliance refugees from the Final War. A failed experiment intended to research wormholes (called "moleholes") for FTL travel causes a single Drakensis (the genetically-engineered posthuman species of Draka), Gwendolyn Ingolfsson, to be sent to the 1995 of an alternate universe very similar to our own. The only notable difference is that Kenneth Branagh played Obi-Wan Kenobi in the Star Wars prequel, (though his casting occurs after Ingolfsson's incursion in 1995, indicating that the introduction of "holo-projectors" by IngolfTech might have attracted a higher-quality lead in the 1999 film of our universe).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phil_Cool

Cool's autobiography, Phil Cool Died Here (And Lived To Tell The Tale), was followed by a book of 'Art Brut'-inspired sketches of children.

In a 2002 production on BBC comedy performers, Karl Howman recalled how he and Cool obtained tickets and backstage passes for a World Championship Wrestling (WCW) event while both were in the United States during the early 1990s. Cool's humour and impressions of wrestling stars such as Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair were well received by the wrestlers backstage who were told of his BBC work and keen to have Cool involved in the product in some way. Cool's schedule would not allow a long term commitment, but he did appear at one live show, portraying masked wrestler Kendo Nagasaki (also known as The Dragonmaster). Cool was unmasked and revealed as an imposter sent by Nagasaki to throw off his opponent. The real Nagasaki, played by Kazuo Sakurada (who is also well known as the trainer of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and WCW superstar Bret "The Hitman" Hart), appeared on the rampway as Cool delivered some amusing facial expressions and a brief monologue in the ring.[7]
