J/O kills me becuase if it's on the endtable across the room, I see the label as
HO
JO
and then I think of HOward JOnes, throw off your mental chains, that guy really brought a mime on tour, what is love anyway,,,too silly (it really is a problem that affects only me, probably)

hey, guess who went looking for love in the hall of mirrors Saturday night and mistook the antibacterial gel for lube?

It didn't burn that bad.

there was a scary story I was told in high school about two dudes who tried using a jar of noxema cream

It is easy to mix things up in an embarrassing way. Yesterday I thought poured what I thought was eye makeup remover on a cotton ball and rubbed it in my eye; but I accidentally used my bottle of TendSkin.

Search: Astroglide, or better yet the cheaper generic CVS version of it. Lives up to its claim of "closest thing to nature" - actually, may even improve on nature since the real thing can dry out too quickly.

Search: KY Touch 2 in 1 Warming Oil - this one, by contrast, doesn't feel like anything natural; it has more the consistency of maple syrup. Most "warming" lubes feel more like "burning" to me, but the warming effect with this one is properly subtle. Great for backrubs, too.

Destroy: Durex Massage & Play with Ylang Ylang - cold, clammy, not slippery enough, and has an overpowering flowery stench that effectively announces to everyone in the house what you're doing and when. Also is packaged in an annoying bottle that wont stand on either end.

Disappointing: Yours and Mine. This is an elegantly-packaged, pricey, matched his-and-hers set; 'his' is supposedly tingly and invigorating, 'hers' is delightfully warming, and when you put them together some magical, thrilling reaction will occur. In reality, it feels like a somewhat thin, oily lube that probably could have been premixed and still had the same overall effect. One night we each tried using the one intended for the opposite gender, and it didn't feel much different; their textures seem identical. We did like that it's not so slippery that it leaves inadequate friction in place. Still, I think it's just a scheme to sell two bottles of lube when you only need one. And here again, those annoying round-bottom bottles that won't stand up on their own.

Silicone lubes are great for showers/tubs/lakes for their insolubility in water, but I wouldn't use them elsewhere.

Tbh I'd destroy p much anything you'd be able to buy at a drugstore. If you want real deal good stuff get thee self to a sex shoppe or Amazon.
