like obviously I'm speaking from 22y.o. youthful naivete privilege here but there are genuinely a billion other websites to work for that aren't as awful. it's not like capitalism, where it's inescapable and you're forced to work within the system or perish (although within the year it probably will be lol). I'll drop the subject tho
