harefield road is nice and homey, fake irish bar, you can smoke weed out back. wayyyyyyyy better than legion.

Actually I was complaining about Legion this time! :D It took so long to get served last time that everyone was leaving by the time my tequila came.

i'd rather drink at the roebling tea room than almost anywhere else in williamsburg. good music (albeit from an ipod), spacious, rarely crowded, and BEER & BRATWURST SPECIAL.

also it was just a big ugly room painted black and decorated with ugly ikea fixtures...shooting for "hip" and "austere" and missing the mark with just lookin cheap. i would take a plain old dive over one with pretensions of coolness any day.

roebling tea room is kind of a pricey date (rip catwon ;_;)

you guys have weird opinions! except for laurel who is predictable

legion was also giving me haircut anxiety. i like bars where i don't feel like a tool going in my dorky work clothes.

it's hilarious that anybody thinks anything has actually changed at daddy's over the past 5 years.

i like drinking at a place where all u gotta do is buy the bartender some thai food and you get free drinks for you and a friend all night.

I'm not anxious. I just refuse to go back to Daddy's. Also I dislike it when the bartender's main job doesn't seem to be serving people alcohol. Being an awesome hipster and posing behind the bar might be what they pay you for in Wburg but it's not a vote of confidence for me.

anyways, i haven't really had problems getting served at daddy's, the main problems are that it gets really really crowded fridays/saturdays and the fear of running into exes amirite

daddys is full of people who bum smokes and steal chairs too

if you're afraid of running into exes, don't leave the house.

one time I was at Daddy's with ILX0R SL33P and a request for the bartender to put on some Neil was rejected on the grounds that it's "too depressing" ;__;
