i dont own a basement at this place although the previous one had a mildewed cellar which i suppose is the victorian equivalent but they lack the sort of amenities americans use to house their teenage children

Neina is the ambient glitch project launched by Japanese keyboardist Hosomi Sakana. Drawing inspiration from Oval, Neina debuted with Formed Verse (Mille Plateaux, 1999), a textbook on the subtle static textures of the genre (Quit Elegance, Diffraction, Symmetry) but often coldly pretentious. Subconsciousness (Mille Plateaux, 2000) adds more movement.

if theres anything on his top 40 u havent heard theres a good chance u will like it, some similar (if not entirely aligned) sensibilites at work

and yeah, there's a certain something we share, although I think our frames of reference are naturally tempered by our respective ages

i'm missing an awful lot of his top 40 in fact, but almost everything i have heard i do like, in some cases adore

his hatred of the beatles would be more endeating if he didnt it counterweight it with his love for the doors zappa etc and all sorts of other partially educated priapic rock wastemen

lol those are the exceptions implicit in 'almost everything'

although 'light my fire' has some nice keyboard work & i'm not in it for the frontman
