In December, I bought a bar stool while Christmas shopping at your North Little Rock location. With my anniversary coming up in January, I was proud of myself for thinking so far ahead.
So last month, I get the box out of storage, set it on the floor with the letters on the box right-side-up. I cut through the tape holding the box closed and when I open the cardboard, I see that I've also cut through the seat cushion which was stored facing the top.
It's been more than 30 days since I made the purchase. I'm not even sure where the receipt is, though I paid with a credit card. And in the end, even though I could debate the logic of packaging a cloth seat directly under a taped-up opening, it was me who pulled the box-cutter across the stool cushion.
Is there a way I can purchase replacement parts for products bought from Big Lots? The stool that I have (SKU: 612007134) is the one featured here: http://www.biglots.com/p/30-inch-barstool
