daken was nerfed recently but he is still the best of those 3.

got a black lazy daken cover from the osborn tourney, yay I guess.

bummed about the spidey nerf since I have 5 blue covers. I hope (and expect) that CMags is going to get the nerfhammer soon too. they don't want any two ap abilities, and his purple is pretty nuts

otoh if they make this game unplayable without buying health packs then I'm outta here

for those who aren't getting the nice clean table look from the spreadsheet, easy fix: click to the "table" tab, go to the blue box (A14), and fill it with a bunch of spaces. if it still doesn't work, put an apostrophe first, like this (no brackets): [' ]

Seem to be having server issues today.

if PvP becomes a steady stream of high level 5 black cover Hulks, then I'll be loathe to continue also. I tend to win those battles, but take a lot of damage. I could see myself spending real money to buy covers---that's a permanent (mod nerds) upgrade---but not to buy health packs. and if I can only play this game for 15-30 minutes a day without buying health packs, then it'll quickly become something I forget about.

I don't see the health pack thing being a problem, it'll just mean you have to use OBW in the prologue instead of Spidey to heal, and it'll take more grind

i would say when they nerf ogbw and leave you with no legit healers, that's when this becomes a legit grind.

I got my lazy daken this morning; tried to play a match while on the can during my usual break this morning and it didn't work, server problem I guess, so maybe that's why lazy daken isn't going out.

I thought about posting my updated roster, but basically I just maxed my Storms, upped my IM40, and got another purple Bullseye or two. This game.

euler if you figure out a way to tank, please inform us. my usual tactics seem to have been cut off at the knees and i've seen some complaining on d3 forums about this. along with that, all my timing tricks for getting easier brackets seem invalidated too. shielded at #9 in daken though, looking forward to a few more lazythors (or at least one)

bleh, #61 in Daken tourney (didn't get any Daken cards from the last one). will hopefully do better in the final Rag tourney, but i'm already annoyed that I've been gradually slipping enough to not make Top 50 in my season 1 bracket. this is getting to be too much work, man

just checking, did we have any people here waiting for open slots in the alliance?

When there's room, I'd love to join, and would be able to chip in now. I'm still pretty low, got two C Storm cards today, which was just perfect...

After 70 minutes, I have 138 points but I'm only at 140... I was really kidding myself into thinking I have a chance at making top 50.

10 pack was disappointing. Cruelest was getting a green hulk when I had 5 already. Really needed black. Oh and I got a bags. Only other three stars was psylocke and Steve Rogers. Eh.

my 10-pack contained a yellow Black Panther and a yellow X-Force Wolvie. I sold everything else.

Lazy Cap's red is really powerful -- possibly the best red ability in the game. Blue OK, yellow bad. He's good.

I just don't have enough of their other cards to matter for a very long time.

Thinking maybe I should go ahead and max hulk to lvl 79. I think pairing him with 141 Punisher would scare off a lot of attackers, even though I don't have enough Anger.

Hmm, you're not in a good spot. I would just wait for more *** cards, Hulk is pretty redundant with Punisher, or start leveling your other *** characters. A 141 Punisher will scare off tons of people just by himself

Two 3* and one 4* covers this week. Lazy Thor changed to my preferred 3/5/5. Hulk and Hood leveled to their current cap. Went for a second OBW, might try out 1/5/5.

I am pre-emptively mourning the Spidey nerf because he can completely shut down a 141 Pun by himself
