and now a guy from my hs is starting at ND, which also a new feeling

a previous ND player taught AP history at my high school while also coaching varsity basketball. he was super intense. he'd put his car into park at 4 way stops and then inhale and exhale deeply.

he refused to ask the class to quiet down on most days. so you could usually talk with friends throughout the whole class, and he'd just talk about american history at a medium volume while you chatted. he definitely cared more about the basketball.

i do not usually watch college hoops bc a lot of it is #bad before tournament time but I'm digging this PAC-12 championship

I will never understand how we became the 12th seed overall in this tournament. just one seed ahead of UNC, who we beat twice and never lost to, and behind a team with 10 losses.
