chocolate mayonnaise cake is not weird, you guys! the mayonnaise just replaces the eggs and oil (or other fat) in the recipe. i think it was originally one of those emergency pantry recipes for when, you know, company's coming and you need a cake but ran out of eggs or whatever.

It's not like that's a particularly deep or insightful statement. How unique and interesting! You don't like stress or worry and want to be happy! Fascinating!
