anything this guy makes is some of the best bread of all time imho (caveat: i am in no way affiliated). carefully selected ancient grains he grinds right before mixing, naturally leavened w/sourdough starter (but not "sour" necessarily), baked in a wod-fired overn http://www.millersbakehouse.com/
