the most obscure one i've gotten so far was from this ladder and scaffolding company with <50 tweets/followers https://twitter.com/BadgerLadder

someone tweeted one that was just a picture of a guy with his truck like it wasnt even an add lol

i block the source of every promoted tweet i see in a quest to see more and more obscure ads as time goes on

one problem I may face is being too concentrated in one or two subspheres of twitter, think I need to broaden out a little

tbh I have more followers and I am sure 90% of them are straight garbage, really need to delete all these ones that are pretty much bots

137 for me but it's people in my field and definitely some bots. using it for work and during conferences (there are like who sub-conferences happening on twitter whenever i go to a conference) makes it easier to get followers

there are a ton of different map/search engines/whatever. acting like Google is the only one is sad.

I'm not interested in having all of my various doings linked to a single Google account, I will never do it.

Yeah I use Google search rarely (DuckDuckGo mostly) and Google anything else never (other than at work, on my work account). My old gmail is still accruing marketing email that I check on every six months or so.

I'm all in on iCloud

the only Google thing I willingly did was set up a youtube account for my band's videos and I even that I don't like doing/only did out of obligation

I do not "netflix and chill" as I prefer to use platforms unencumbered by digital rights management
