did anything in particular cause this? or just accumulation?

It was a long accumulation. There have been recent FPs, but nothing in particular pushed him over the edge. He has said some horrible shit multiple times in the last 6 months, many of those posts earning him multiple FPs. Looking at some of the things he's said, we probably should have banned him sooner.
