I've heard that SL is going to get a buff -- don't know the time frame, however. I'm also debating whether to champ him or not, as I pulled a cover from my vault. (Mine is 5/3/5 @ 153.)

the yellow one is now reaction that also gives you random AP when it expires (and keeps its "makes powers cheaper" ability) if the mpq spoilers tumblr is to be believed. which sounds kinda cool.

I'm looking at MPQ spoilers right now and I am seeing that they are trying to make a certain upcoming character 100% indispensible

Starlord buff looks promising

I've gotten every progression 4 star in pvp since clearance levels started. My iceman is now...... 2-2-0

I championed Star-Lord and I like him. You can do crazy things with his yellow, like making the Prof X and 3*BW combo even better. His big downsides are that there are much better purples and his red and yellow tiles are randomly placed.

Some weird stuff happening - haven't been able to access Simulator all day.

Similar thing with me: I couldn't get into the Simulator or DDQ this morning (and Simulator said it was accessing servers all last night too), but I was eventually able to get in. Probably MPQ's servers all getting hammered.

But now I'm far enough behind that I'm not sure if I'll get a Gwenpool from the PVE.

hopefully some nice compensation coming

once I got into DDQ yesterday, I was surprised by how easy it felt to beat Kamala Khan with Devil Dinosaur (got a red War Machine out of it)

got Flaptain up to 261, too; he and 3* Bullseye did some wonderful things for me in that 2v2 tournament (also they got ridiculously smoked a couple of times)

Any tips on beating Squirrel Girl with my meager Devil Dinosaur? Couldn't get it done last time...

How's your DD covered? +2 all, +100% all damage, +50% extra color damage is enough for my 2/3/1 113 to win.

they're giving out a lot of peggy carter covers, aren't they. i got two in the boss rush, one in the current event, and there's another in the pvp to pick up.

Yellow is the important color, but I don't know how easy it'll be to get in PVP.

I can't seem to get any Peggy covers.

Well... they just added another way to get Peggy covers.

Not sure if anyone noticed this, but they changed the 4* rewards for some 3* champs. And of course... several of them I was about to hit 183 and they took something I wanted, or I already hit 183 and the new reward is better. Great!

I was REALLY looking forward to that hulkbuster and that iceman and that prof X... i can probably live without the hb since mine will be 12/13 soon. but still. the prof x really hurts because i REALLY wanna cover max him.

and of course the ones i already hit 183? punisher (i got an elektra, coulda had a pun max) and steve rogers. i'm sure they'll change blade soon too, so i could've had the new blade instead of stupid ghost rider, and with my luck they'll change dr doom for something other than my recently earned IW. OHHH WELLLLL.

I got 2 new blades, one on an event heroic & the other progression in pve. he's gonna be fun!

my recent news: got another surfer cover, 2-3-2, took him to 360. champed starlord and miles morales. new starlord *kills* in pve. I could champ my electra but it seems as worthwhile as champing my IW, i.e. not.

last note: XF deadpool is SO strong. mine is undercovered (4-2-3 though my 3* DP is at 182 so the 5th red is imminent) but I got ripped by one last night, his black passive was doing 7k per countdown!

I think 4* Blade is super boring design-wise but his passive is great. It puts the strikes on random tiles instead of red tiles as his 3* version does. No more running out of tiles to put them on.

I have all the 4*s released up to Deadpool at max covers, except for Devil Dino and Star-Lord who I sold for HP. Now I have 5 more slots than I need and 5595 HP in the bank. My roster.

so i had an extra slot (mostly from cashing in all my max'd 2 level chars to start anew) and i opened a legendary pack thinking i'd either get another cover for a 4 star i already have or at worst a 4 star i don't have yet to go in that slot. but i pulled a green black bolt cover and he's lvl 255 and my next highest lvls are 172, 170 and 170. is that going to screw my scaling? should i just delete him (and obv not open any more of those packs for much longer)?

I doubt a single 5* would mess with it much. Any time characters get boosted, the boosted levels count towards the scaling -- did you notice it then? Also, Black Bolt is awesome, one of the best characters in the game, usable at 1/1/0.

Yeah absolutely don't delete him. Use him!

Any good strats for beating Kaecilius?

use Elektra and two tanks. elektra puts down enemy strike tiles and blocks some damage with her black.

whah. i tried Patch and matching the created enemy strike tiles didn't do squat.

I went the other direction, going with a team that can survive a while -- KK with someone with some cheap powers -- matching the strikes as they appear.

I beat it the first time with Patch + Loki + Quicksilver.

I've got one slot - Scott Lang or Goddess of Thunder? Or both and delete one of: Carnage (1 cover), Drax (1 cover), Star-Lord (2 covers), Devil Dino (4 covers), Howard the Duck (2 covers)?

Delete Devil Dino and maybe Howard too. Their covers are rarer than others and Devil Dino is only useful during once a year events.

If it's s black carnage, sell that one.
