Dude. Donald Trump doesn't understand how to use most big words correctly. It's just his thing.

Trump's definition of "obstruction" is idiotic.

For sure. And even if he managed to "let Obamacare die" or whatever, talk about a shortcut to "owning" it.

Treeship is wrong, the Democrats in the Senate did pull all kinds of obstructionist procedural tactics, refused to attend hearings, deployed parliamentary tricks to keep votes from being held, extended debates, etc., the efficacy of which was debated on these very threads.

Trump is an idiot, but the Congressional Dems are def being obstructionist (as they should be imo)

ppl on here were complaining that the Dems *weren't* being obstructionist enough, and then when they did commit to using every tool at their disposal, afterwards they don't get credit for it? wtf

The survey underscores GOP leadership's ongoing difficulty in appeasing the party’s most fiscally conservative wing while still holding onto support from moderates, and serves as a reminder that ideological differences within the House Republican conference are likely to force the majority to continue making deals with Democrats to keep the government funded.

The initial vote count was so dismal, in fact, that Chief Deputy Whip Patrick McHenry (R-N.C.) told Republican lawmakers in a closed-door meeting Tuesday morning that the tally sets a record for the most “undecided” responses, according to people who were in the room.
