I totally get if journalists who typically deal with politicians aren't used to dealing with the drug-damaged and the crazed.

I think it's because good journalists would normally approach the drug-damaged or crazed with patience, empathy and fairness, but Trump deserves none of those things, which puts them in a weird spot.

I watched the press conference as it happened, and I totally though Mooch was trying to be self-deprecating, talking about himself, how he needed hair and makeup. I did glance at the piece and the before and after pictures of the Mooch were pretty dramatic as well I thought.
