Also, boo to accentmonkey's non-appearance, except I wasn't going to be here anyway, so sort of yay really. Or something.

Actually, a quick convo with Mister Monkey and the blood moon outside convinced me that it would be pure stupid not to come to Glasgow on Patricks Day and see the brothers. So, all four Byrne siblings will be at Andrew Maxwell's Full Mooners on March 17th. If anyone is coming, give me a yell and we can hook up. Or something.

hello!

i am still planning on coming yes - except i'm really stretching the word "planning" slightly here as I hadn't sorted out anything with trains or planes and that.. i don't think i'll be driving up though (after the France trip last weekend I think Nigel needs to go to services before I trust him to go anywhere far). So I'm 70% certain I'll be there.. only thing that would stop me is if the trains turn out to be MEGA expensive.

Wait: I forgot about MEGA BUS.

Is there anything fun happening on the Friday? I have that day off so will prolly come up then.

NPL = next Friday. Club Mook* = Alex Party = next Saturday.

Ken, be careful thinking you can get back from Edinburgh to Glasgow afterwards. As you may well be aware from my adventures last time you were up, it's a bit tricky.

I'm thinking there's a good chance we might make it for Madchen-birthday-Edinburgh-FAP. I haf vouchers to spend in a hotel so no rushing off back home for me (I'm guessing Keef and Alex have already been inundated with requests for places to crash).

*club night run by mooks, I'm guessing

OK, hotel-booking plan is scuppered as hotel appears to be full and I don't have enough money to pay for a real hotel that I don't have free vouchers for. Oh well. Enjoy yersels. I might come over for a pint or two anyway.

There are buses, like there are the other way, pretty late. I used to do this a lot. 12, 1:30 and 3:30 from memory. The 3:30 is largely to be avoided, if possible, but should be easy, because the bus station is 5-10 minutes from ALEX PARTY.
