this is my question

i think because when you are sitting down into a seat that is already warm, the temp difference is apparent even thru clothing. whereas warming the seat slowly by yourself.. it's so gradual as to be almost impossible to conciously feel.

sleeping bag, you're not supposed to pee on the chair

like, you're sitting in a chair for 4 hours, get up for like 30 seconds to grab something, come back, no sensation
meanwhile some other feller sits in yr chair for 11 minutes + you sit down + it's like a bonfire just fizzled out
i know you experience this

i was in a very busy airport bathroom the other day and ended up sitting on a freshly-vacant toilet seat that still held the warmth of the man who'd just left and it was a deeply unpleasant experience
