giannis line in a game where he looked largely contained for the majority of it: 28-10-7. normal player

ciderpress, Friday, 27 October 2017 02:34 (six years ago) link

yeah hes gonna put up some numbers this year, most unstoppable fast break player since bron

lag∞n, Friday, 27 October 2017 02:36 (six years ago) link

I think he had 2-0-0-0-0 in the first 10 minutes xp

Matt Armstrong, Friday, 27 October 2017 02:37 (six years ago) link

I feel like I haven’t seen the blazers run a play for nurkic all year

Matt Armstrong, Friday, 27 October 2017 02:37 (six years ago) link

beginning to think hoodie melo was a devious viral marketing campaign, all the teams are wearing these hooded nike warmups

lag∞n, Friday, 27 October 2017 02:38 (six years ago) link

i'm still getting a feel for kyrie's game and trying to figure out how much of it is getting deep into the clock so he can do weird crafty bullshit.

Same I used to think it was just what happened when bron would occasionally do that thing he does when he uses about half a shot clock and then kind of desultorily dumps it off to the second banana and backs up a few steps and just checks out of the play (he would do it to wade sometimes too)

But now I kind of think it's kyrie playing a mind game because he knows he can make impossible shit happen in three seconds and he's just going to maximize the time available for his man to make a mistake

I got a Nike marketing email about warmup hoodies the day before the season started and just laughed cuz we all got played

You know I don't mind the ad patches as much when they're a uniform color because then I pretend they are in memoriam patches

So the Kings are in a season of mourning for almonds, rip almonds

gis for westbrook shark jump (agent hibachi), Friday, 27 October 2017 02:48 (six years ago) link

no one told me about almonds, damn

lag∞n, Friday, 27 October 2017 02:50 (six years ago) link

Clay, Friday, 27 October 2017 05:15 (six years ago) link

I like the play design on that Blake shot

Matt Armstrong, Friday, 27 October 2017 06:09 (six years ago) link

Matt Armstrong, Friday, 27 October 2017 06:09 (six years ago) link

As the Suns seek a new home via trade for Eric Bledsoe, they've explored trying to move Tyson Chandler in the same deal, league sources say

smart

this feels pretty unsatisfying for both teams

lag∞n, Friday, 27 October 2017 16:52 (six years ago) link

that's a lot of salary to move. chandler/bledsoe for faried/arthur/mudiay would work. milwaukee would have to send back both their mediocre PFs for it to work.

call all destroyer, Friday, 27 October 2017 16:54 (six years ago) link

or monroe but i don't think i would move him rn honestly.

call all destroyer, Friday, 27 October 2017 16:55 (six years ago) link

im sure they wld rather keep him but are the suns gonna want all those years of overpaid power forwards prob not

lag∞n, Friday, 27 October 2017 16:56 (six years ago) link

suns cld prob get a pick for bledsoe but prob not if they insist on packaging chandler, seems like itd be better to get the pick since youre only going to save 1 year of chandlers deal anyway

lag∞n, Friday, 27 October 2017 17:01 (six years ago) link

trade bledsoe/buy out chandler imo

lag∞n, Friday, 27 October 2017 17:02 (six years ago) link

yeah

call all destroyer, Friday, 27 October 2017 17:44 (six years ago) link

only reason to buy out chander is if he asks for it though and so far he's been content to just teach the youngens

Spottie, Friday, 27 October 2017 18:06 (six years ago) link

Isn't lebron Bledsoe's agent, bet they try to keep him in the west

Or maybe ship him east so he's out of the west when lebron goes next year

gis for westbrook shark jump (agent hibachi), Friday, 27 October 2017 18:42 (six years ago) link

I mean not lebron personally but rich paul

gis for westbrook shark jump (agent hibachi), Friday, 27 October 2017 18:43 (six years ago) link

rich Paul is Lebron tho

Spottie, Friday, 27 October 2017 19:03 (six years ago) link

theres too many pauls and georges and lebrons

ciderpress, Friday, 27 October 2017 19:16 (six years ago) link
