ciderpress, Thursday, 2 November 2017 02:20 (six years ago) link

they play the not good basketball, particularly on the defense

lag∞n, Thursday, 2 November 2017 02:33 (six years ago) link

Spottie, Thursday, 2 November 2017 02:34 (six years ago) link

the celtics showed no sign of exerting themselves all game and were still up by 30

lag∞n, Thursday, 2 November 2017 02:35 (six years ago) link

lag∞n, Thursday, 2 November 2017 02:36 (six years ago) link

might be time to move on from Kevin Love idk

Spottie, Thursday, 2 November 2017 02:37 (six years ago) link

#celticsthought i really like daniel theis. active, good energy, basically knows what to do. good team guy. there have to be some other gems in the high euro leagues who can play like this.

call all destroyer, Thursday, 2 November 2017 02:40 (six years ago) link

kevin love appears to be a shell of a good player, idk what happened to that guy

call all destroyer, Thursday, 2 November 2017 02:41 (six years ago) link

seems to be a classic case of good player on a crap team putting up good #s?

he helped Cle get a ring tho so it's obv not all bad

Spottie, Thursday, 2 November 2017 02:53 (six years ago) link

i just watched 4 quarters of the utah jazz and i still don't fully get at all how they score

Clay, Thursday, 2 November 2017 03:29 (six years ago) link

pick and rolls

ciderpress, Thursday, 2 November 2017 03:58 (six years ago) link

i think they are awarded points with every defensive stop

Spottie, Thursday, 2 November 2017 04:01 (six years ago) link

it is perhaps through the i believe scientific process of osmosis

Clay, Thursday, 2 November 2017 04:07 (six years ago) link

ah one of the most scientific of processes

lag∞n, Thursday, 2 November 2017 04:12 (six years ago) link

When I watch Kings games the guy who stands out as a culprit to me is Cauley-Stein. He plays bad defense and offers nothing on offense.

Matt Armstrong, Thursday, 2 November 2017 06:59 (six years ago) link

Papagiannis has to be better even at age 19 or whatever he is

Matt Armstrong, Thursday, 2 November 2017 07:00 (six years ago) link

This Mike James guy is pretty cool

Matt Armstrong, Thursday, 2 November 2017 07:19 (six years ago) link

“Embiid logs career-high 30 minutes”

Matt Armstrong, Thursday, 2 November 2017 08:53 (six years ago) link

as a wolves fan, it's weirdly encouraging to see them win a game in which a lot of the starters objectively played like shit esp. KAT, but yet we won

there were so many times in the past in which you end up walking away thinking damn we should have won that game but didn't

part of it is just having the weird sensation of having some real grown ass men NBA players like Butler and Crawford on the team, instead of steaky, ultra gifted but inconsistent vessels of "talent" and "potential"

Universal LULU Nation (upper mississippi sh@kedown), Thursday, 2 November 2017 14:29 (six years ago) link

I mean, we really haven't had a truly real-deal NBA player since KG

Universal LULU Nation (upper mississippi sh@kedown), Thursday, 2 November 2017 14:30 (six years ago) link

KG's a lock for HoF, so that's a high bar you're setting.

Lebron walks into the front office and says “Im leaving this offseason no matter what”. Would you trade him?

ciderpress, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:02 (six years ago) link

Spottie, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:03 (six years ago) link

lebron shd play on a series of 10 day contracts for different teams

lag∞n, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:03 (six years ago) link

they should just let lebron play on whichever team the warriors are playing against each game

ciderpress, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:06 (six years ago) link

lol

lag∞n, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:07 (six years ago) link

Spottie, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:10 (six years ago) link

Hey the suns were just getting to be good/fun so let's bring in a worse version of eric bledsoe #whynot

The Suns prefer a third team to take on Reggie Jackson in any potential Eric Bledsoe deal with the Pistons, league sources tell ESPN.

Spottie, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:12 (six years ago) link

oh i misread the tweet lol

Spottie, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:13 (six years ago) link

lebron's been to the finals 7 straight times and i'd still put down money on him being there this year again this year but obv there will be a season when that doesn't happen and it could happen sooner rather than later

marcos, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:14 (six years ago) link

lag∞n, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:25 (six years ago) link

cavs are gonna end up in a situation where they have to trade the nets pick if they want one last finals run lol

ciderpress, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:53 (six years ago) link

oh gosh lmao

lag∞n, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:55 (six years ago) link

ciderpress, Thursday, 2 November 2017 17:57 (six years ago) link

hes "got the touch"

lag∞n, Thursday, 2 November 2017 18:00 (six years ago) link

every college coach whos ever come to the pros has crashed and burned but he finds one who is immediately one of the best coaches in the nba

lag∞n, Thursday, 2 November 2017 18:01 (six years ago) link

i still think the celtics media overrepresented the value of Avery Bradley and especially Jae Crowder and the rest of the league bought it. the team hasn't missed a beat defensively without them and their advanced stats were never even that good.

ciderpress, Thursday, 2 November 2017 18:04 (six years ago) link

imo theyre both good and theyre just the type of guys who can fit in anywhere and dont have too many flaws, but there prob was some hysteria too around crowder at least tho a lot of that is that hes on a cheap deal, bradley they kinda just had to dump to get his contract off the books, not to say morris is useless or anything
