i doubt i really thought much about the thunder's depth when considering their chances for this season b/c it's never felt like they had depth but dammit, they go like 5 deep and one of the 5 doesn't start.

yea i think theyre gonna be tough but those 4th q issues theyre having will prob bite them in the offs

utterly deranged

lag∞n, Sunday, 26 November 2017 05:16 (six years ago) link

Thunder seem like a club that could get more interesting with a mid season trade.

New Orleans needs a three point sharp shooter.

Giannis got into a verbal altercation with Assistant Coach Sweeney, yelling multiple times “I’ll F—- you up!” while his teammates held him back. #stuffthatwontmakethenews

im watching football someone got knocked out and their team is praying, good sport

lag∞n, Sunday, 26 November 2017 19:43 (six years ago) link

put lebron in there in 2017 and move saric to the bench...

Best NBA Lineups (100+ mins):

1. Simmons/Redick/RoCo/Saric/Embiid +29.3 pts/100
2. Harden/Gordon/Ariza/RyanA/Capela +23.6
3. Wall/Beal/Oubre/Porter/Gortat +22.5
4. Curry/Klay/KD/Draymond/Zaza +16.9
5. Brogdon/Middleton/Snell/Giannis/Henson +14.0

Philly . . . Holy crap!

competitive shooter - - - - (Spottie), Sunday, 26 November 2017 20:00 (six years ago) link

a genuinely interesting plan, too bad bron hates young players, hed prob make them trade saric for chalmers

lag∞n, Sunday, 26 November 2017 20:05 (six years ago) link

also this pretending simmons is playing point guard noise must stop, hes guarding forwards in that lineup!

lag∞n, Sunday, 26 November 2017 20:08 (six years ago) link

Redick/RoCo/Saric/Simmons/Embiid

ive fixed it using the cut & paste feature

lag∞n, Sunday, 26 November 2017 20:09 (six years ago) link

idk simmons brings the ball up and most everything runs through him. also no way is reddick a pg but not sure any of that matters

competitive shooter - - - - (Spottie), Sunday, 26 November 2017 20:11 (six years ago) link

theres an existing basketball term for what hes doing "point forward" i mean bron pretty much plays the same role and no one trys to call him a point guard even tho he actually shoots from further than 15 feet

lag∞n, Sunday, 26 November 2017 20:13 (six years ago) link

in todays nba so many players are involved in initiating the offense anyway, the celtics often play five players at a once who can bring the ball up the court and get things going all they all point guards who knows!

lag∞n, Sunday, 26 November 2017 20:16 (six years ago) link

do away with positions

competitive shooter - - - - (Spottie), Sunday, 26 November 2017 20:25 (six years ago) link

wld like to witness some big ball hawking wing like say jaylen brown pressure simmons fullcourt see if he really has the ballhandling to deal with it

lag∞n, Sunday, 26 November 2017 20:33 (six years ago) link

suspect u cld blow up that insane sixers lineup w pressure

lag∞n, Sunday, 26 November 2017 20:36 (six years ago) link

almost like it needs........a point guard

lag∞n, Sunday, 26 November 2017 20:38 (six years ago) link

mcconell's been alright in his minutes

33-27 wolves over suns at half; 13-7 (!!!!!!!) bulls over heat at the end of the first

love sunday afternoon basketball

J0rdan S., Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:05 (six years ago) link

heat/bulls shot 6-43 combined in that quarter

J0rdan S., Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:05 (six years ago) link

whats up w the heat? seems like they should be at least as good as they were last year.

competitive shooter - - - - (Spottie), Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:07 (six years ago) link

well technically speaking they are... i know what you mean tho

they beat the celtics and then t wolves on the road this week so we'll see. today they just look hungover.

J0rdan S., Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:10 (six years ago) link

Whitsides numbers and usage seem down. Banged up maybe?

competitive shooter - - - - (Spottie), Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:11 (six years ago) link

Also richArdsons offense has been horrendous

competitive shooter - - - - (Spottie), Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:11 (six years ago) link

not a ton of talent on that roster but theyre tough and play real hard

lag∞n, Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:12 (six years ago) link

he's been hurt yeah. there's also just something dwight howard-ish about him, in that he should just be a pure pick and roll player and rebounder but still demands post touches that are not very useful. he'll lose a lot of minutes to olynyk i think as the year goes on.

J0rdan S., Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:13 (six years ago) link

i'm a huge richardson fan but his offense is pretty much just shooting threes

J0rdan S., Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:14 (six years ago) link

That suns wolves score was the end of the 1st q not half btw

competitive shooter - - - - (Spottie), Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:15 (six years ago) link

apparently the heat took the most corner 3s in one nba game over the last 2 years the other night vs minny (22) and they looked really good. they have these games where wayne ellington looks like ray allen and it everything kinda works

J0rdan S., Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:15 (six years ago) link

lol yeah xp i was feeling froggy

J0rdan S., Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:16 (six years ago) link

Yah Richardson is cool and a really good defender and I’m sure his percentages won’t stay in the gutter all season.

competitive shooter - - - - (Spottie), Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:17 (six years ago) link

kris dunn really is an awesome defender

J0rdan S., Sunday, 26 November 2017 21:25 (six years ago) link

didnt comment on it during the spurs-hornets game last night, but kyle anderson's become a legit nba player this year in kawhi's absence. his numbers aren't amazing (9-6-3-1-0.9, all career highs) but he shoots really efficiently (2nd on team in adjusted fg%) and makes good decisions (2nd on team in ast/TO ratio). minus kawhi, LMA is the clear #1 and a whole bunch of guys compete for shots besides (6 players averaging b/w 8.5-12 ppg) and he's right in the middle of that pack. he's called Slo-Mo for a reason, but he makes up for it in his length, so he gets these weird finger rolls as he eurosteps to the hole or he picks off steals from sleeping dribblers or lazy passes. he's gonna make some money this summer.

advanced stats back this up. offensive rating is at 119 this year, defense hasn;t suffered as a starter, either (tho quick PG/s/slashers can get by him).

the spurs drafting/nurturing a perfect boris diaw replacement is the best evidence of their sorcery in a while

wash yr mouth out with soap

lag∞n, Sunday, 26 November 2017 22:25 (six years ago) link

while he lacks boris's je ne sais quoi, he is a very boris-in-his-30s kinda player
